1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all contracts for the online programme “Feel your yes. Trust your no.” and the optional extension concluded via this website. Provider:

The offer is aimed at consumers aged 18 and over.
2. Services
- Six lessons in text and audio, a free introductory practice, transcripts, a workbook (PDF) and a 14-day plan in the member area, also available to download;
- up to five written questions to the team via the member area within 14 days of purchase, usually answered within two business days;
- access to the content for 12 months from purchase.
Personal voice replies from Hylke Bonnema are a voluntary extra with no entitlement. There are no live sessions. The optional extension includes five further questions within a further 14 days.
The programme is an educational offer for self-reflection. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support and does not replace them.
3. Conclusion of contract
Clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by unlocking access or by email, at the latest upon receipt of payment. Contract languages: German and English. You receive the contract details and these terms by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices including VAT. Payment is made once, in advance, via Mollie. There is no subscription.
5. Access and rights of use
Access is personal and may not be shared. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for private purposes and to save and print downloads for your own use.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal policy. It expires early if you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we provided a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356(5) BGB).
7. Warranty and liability
Statutory provisions on digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damage from breach of essential obligations.
8. Final provisions
The law of [PLACEHOLDER: country] applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
